Made from a substance that naturally occurs in the human body, Restylane® is a safe injectable filler available at our Bellevue-based office serving the Seattle area. Restylane® is used to correct the appearance of facial folds and wrinkles by restoring fullness and volume to a patient’s skin. Unlike other injectable fillers that are derived from animal proteins, Restylane® is derived from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the human body that uses the body’s own moisture to achieve results. The results of a Restylane® injection tend to last approximately six months to one year depending on the volume used and the area injected. Additional Restylane® injections may be scheduled to fit each patient’s individual needs.
